Fortune Plus Hardware has two production bases: one manufactures ball bearing drawer slides, and the other produces cabinet hinges.

For the  drawer slide unit spans an area of 12,000㎡ and is equipped with comprehensive production lines to ensure efficient, high-quality output.

Machines are including:

*15 Punching Machines for stamping and component fabrication

* 42 Cutting Machines (14 sets *3 lines each) for precise metal profiling

* 8 Full Automatic Assembly & In-line QC Machines , which integrated with quality inspection functions, guarantee consistent integrity and finish

With a skilled team of 45 workers, our monthly production capacity reaches 1,000 tons in 2025, equivalent to approximately 40 containers per month.

For the cabinet hinges unit covers 20,000㎡, with machines as below:

*40 Punching Machines for Hinges Cup, Arm, Base

*20 Full Automatic Assembly & In-line QC Machines

Key manufacturing stages - stamping, assembly, quality inspection, and packaging are within our own factory. Processes like polishing , electroplating , and heat treatment are handled through our specialized suppliers. Total workers are over 150. Among them, the team consists of over 15 managers, more than 10 engineering staff, 30 QC and 90 production workers, 5 administrative staff. Monthly capacity reaches 7 million pcs cabinet hinges, that's about 35 containers per month.

Apart from manufacturing base, we have a 20-person sales team that manages an extensive global network, distributing our products to customers in close to 80 countries.
